How Trattoria del Corso · Premium handles the data of people who browse its digital menu and, if available, order on WhatsApp.

Data controller

The controller's full details (company name and VAT number) are available at the restaurant.

When you browse the menu

• The menu uses no cookies, no profiling and no third-party analytics or advertising.
• Menu opens and viewed dishes are counted anonymously: daily totals, with no IP address or other identifiers.
• The IP address is used briefly to block abuse and is deleted within 24 hours.

When you order on WhatsApp

• Your cart stays in your browser, in the tab's memory, until you clear it or close the tab.
• “Send order” opens WhatsApp with the message ready: name, dishes, time or address and notes reach the restaurant only if you send it.
• The restaurant uses them to prepare your order (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and keeps them only as long as needed.
• WhatsApp is a Meta service, which handles the message under its own terms.

Allergies and intolerances are health data: don't write them in the notes, talk to the staff directly.

Who hosts the menu

The menu is hosted by SenzaMenu, a service by senzasito.it, which processes data on the restaurant's behalf as data processor (art. 28 GDPR). SenzaMenu privacy (Italian).

Your rights

You can ask the restaurant to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, get a copy or object to its use (arts. 15-22 GDPR). You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante).
